Aurora Quest K-8

Aurora Quest K-8 is the District’s school for gifted and talented students grades 1-8.

Teaching is based on the District’s adopted curriculum and standards. Additional curricular materials specifically designed for gifted learners are utilized. Students move at an accelerated pace, go into greater depth, and need fewer repetitions. They are instructed in reading, writing, math, science, social studies, visual arts, vocal music, physical education, and Spanish.

Students are assessed to determine what they know and can do. Those assessments are used to determine each student’s next instructional steps.
