Through the "Children Achieving Reading Excellence" program, Nancy Todd collected and donated more than 1,000 books to family literacy programs at Fletcher, Fulton, Kenton and Sable elementary schools.

Todd, the Colorado Mothers Inc. "Mother of the Year" said, “We have collected books from parents whose children are grown. Our hope is to share the joy of reading with parents and their young children,” Todd said.
