Who is Mr. Hoffman?
I am a native of Aurora. I graduated from Aurora Central High School in 1992. While at Central I was involved in many sports and extra-curricular activities. I then went to Western State College of Colorado where I majored in history and minored in coaching. I played football and track and field where I was a four year letterman in both sports. I did not find my niche in life until I started coaching football and track and field here in Aurora. I then decided to go back to school and earn a teaching degree from Metro State College of Denver. I student taught here at Gateway High in the fall of 2003 under Ms. Eden and Mr. Gradishar.
Additionally, I am currently the Head Football and Track and Field Coach. To view the football home page click here. To see some of our former players in college: Dewey Crayton Class of 2001 at Weber State College, Zach Latimer Class of 2002 at University of Oklahoma.
