SEMS Absence Reporting

Please note: A new web-based time reporting tool will be used by employees and substitutes. Our new web center is called SmartFindExpress and is accessible to you the same way you accessed SEMS in the past.

Web access at https://sems.aps.k12.co.us

Phone access at 303-340-0870

You will now log in to the phone or Web system with your APS ID # (printed on the back of your ID badge). You will still use the same PIN number that you have always used. You will NOT use your Social Security Number, at all.

SmartFindExpress (formerly referred to as the SEMS system from eSchool Solutions) is an online system for reporting absences and arranging for substitutes.
