Report Absences and Arrange for Substitutes Online

NOTE: Pending an update, no entries for absences on or after January 1, 2010, can be entered into SFE. It is anticipated that these absences (Jan. 1 and beyond) will be accepted when the system update is completed in November of this year.

Employees log in with your APS ID # (printed on the back of your ID badge). You will use the same PIN number that you have always used. You will NOT use your Social Security Number, at all.

SmartFindExpress (formerly referred to as the SEMS system from eSchool Solutions) is an online system for reporting absences and arranging for substitutes.

 

Your UserID is your APS ID # (printed on the back of your ID badge). (NOT your Social Security Number)

Your PIN remains the same as always.

All information sent on this Web site will be encrypted as the site is secured. No one can view the information in transit.
